Hello, in this blog post I'm going to show a small and fast breakfast sandwich recipe.

As we can see, we're not using any oil for the egg, instead we're going to use the cheese as a proxy :)
First, we're gonna stir the egg (as you'd do in regular omelette) and add the white cheese and the spinach. Add salt as well, if you desire.
Then, we're going to prepare the cheese, cut it in small slices and add them to your frying pan. Let them melt for a few seconds.
Next, pour the egg into the frying pan. The cheese will act as oil, so we don't need any.
Then, a few seconds later, add the two breads in the middle of the pan. Press them so they blend in with the egg better.
After 1-2 minutes, put the spatula underneath the egg and breads and toss them reversed. Cut the egg in half, and put the extra on top of each bread accordingly.
Now, we can add any extra stuff we'd like, such as fried cheese, veggies, burger etc. Then, just put one half on top of the other. Let one side "burn" a bit as you please, then also toss it so the other is equally crunchy. This is optional though, but I like the extra flavour. Be careful not to burn the bread too much though.
